Leading Person-Centered Change

January 22, 2025 – 1:00 to 4:00 Via Zoom

Description:  Leading Person-Centered Change 20 sessions of 3-hour classes.  The objective of the class is to embed a person-centered philosophy across your organization to align with HCBS requirements and sustain the person-centered work you have started.  Along the way, you will learn how to enjoy your job more, become an even better member of your team, and enhance the experiences of both employees and people you support. You’ll elevate your teamwork and listening skills in a more person-centered way.
