PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS POST IN ITS ENTIRETY. FAILURE TO FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS POST WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC DENIAL OF ADMISSION TO THE ILNV.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Registration is now open for the January 10, 2023 Independent Living Services New Vendor Orientation (ILNV). The ILNV will be conducted in person at SARC\u2019s San Jose office. Successful completion of the ILNV is required for vendorization as an Independent Living Services provider.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To register for the ILNV, please complete each of the following items by no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Register for the ILNV using the link found at the bottom of this post.<\/li>\n
  2. Send an email to Gabriela Alvarez at galvarez@sarc.org<\/a> that contains the following attachments in support of your request for admission to the ILNV:\n
      \n
    • A Letter of Intent that explains:
      \n(1) why you are interested in providing Independent Living Services to SARC-sponsored individuals,
      \n(2) your background and experience working with DD individuals, and
      \n(3) C\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c qu\u00fd v\u1ecb s\u1ebd tri\u1ec3n khai Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng v\u1ec1 D\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 t\u1ea1i C\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng (HCBS) trong vi\u1ec7c cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 cho nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c SARC t\u00e0i tr\u1ee3.<\/li>\n
    • Your updated resume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Each of the described documents must be sent as a separate Word or pdf attachment to your email. Letters of Intent or resumes included as in-line text in your email will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

      Please make sure that your Letter of Intent and resume are free of typographical errors before submission. You must register for the ILNV through the link below AND submit all supporting documents described above by no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 16, 2022 in order to be considered for admission. Registrations and supporting documents timestamped after 11:59 p.m. on December 16, 2022 will not be considered for admission.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      You will receive an email by end of day on December 27, 2022 that either confirms or denies your admission to the January ILNV. If you are admitted, you will receive instructions on where to park, where to enter the building, our COVID protocol, and the training agenda.<\/p>\n

      Please note that no more than two (2) individuals from a single agency will be admitted to the ILNV unless prior approval is obtained from Community Resources Unit Manager, Ann Sieber.<\/p>\n

      We do not maintain a waitlist for admission. If you are not admitted to or are unable to attend the January 2023 ILNV, you will need to re-apply for admission to the next ILNV scheduled for February 14, 2023.
